Programs

Educator preparation programs may purchase vouchers for candidates to use for full or partial credit toward assessment registration and preparation resources. Be sure to order vouchers in advance of their intended use.

• Vouchers must be applied during the initial registration; they cannot be applied retroactively to existing registrations.
• edTPA vouchers are valid for a period of 18 months from the date they are generated.
• edTPA Right Start vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date they are generated.
• Vouchers can be purchased in any quantity and in any dollar amount, determined by the educator preparation program.
• Voucher usage may be tracked upon request in order to identify any unused vouchers prior to expiration. The unused vouchers may then be renewed for an additional 12 months and redistributed to candidates, ensuring their use.
• Preparation product voucher purchases are not refundable.
• All voucher purchases are final and ineligible for refund.

Requesting Alternative Arrangements

Educator preparation programs and building level administrators (for unaffiliated candidates) may find instructions for requesting alternative arrangements:

• Due to a diagnosed disability
• Prohibition of video recording due to teaching placement or other reason
