edTPA for Wisconsin

The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction has removed edTPA as a program completion and certification requirement as of July 1, 2020.
Individual educator preparation programs (EPPs) may elect to continue using edTPA as a program requirement. Candidates should consult with their EPP to determine if edTPA is a program requirement for their EPP of enrollment.
Candidates applying for licensure using the License Based on Equivalency pathway will still be required to participate in edTPA. For more information, please visit the Wisconsin Department of Public Education website licensure pathway requirements.
