Live chat allows candidates to use text messaging to interact in real time with agents at the edTPA Customer Contact Center. Live chat is now available on Wednesdays and Thursdays (except holidays) from 12:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. eastern time. Connect to a live agent by visiting the Contact Us link on the program website during these hours; agents are ready to chat when the Chat Now tab is displayed.
