Condition Code Guidance and Support

All portfolios that are successfully submitted in the Pearson ePortfolio system will go to a scorer for scoring. A fully scorable portfolio is one that can be reviewed by a scorer and have scores assigned to every rubric. Submissions that do not meet the submission requirements will have one or more of the following condition codes applied during the scoring process instead of a numerical score for one or more rubrics.

For condition code guidance and support, select the appropriate condition code to expand that selection.

Additional guidance for all codes can be found in the edTPA Submission Requirements and Condition Codes PDF document found under Candidate Policies on edTPA.com as well as the Making Good Choices resource.

Be sure to consult the Handbook Errata and Updates document for the most current handbook guidance. This resource is available in your account on edTPA.com.
